Composer-in-Residence

In an effort to promote new compositions for the trombone quartet, the Guidonian Hand created a Composer-in-Residence program.

We are excited to announce that Alex Weiser will join Jeremy Howard Beck as Composer-in-Residence for the 2012-13 Season.  The Hand will premiere the first movement of Alex’s quartet this August and the rest of the work will be premiered in installments throughout the course of the coming season.  You can learn more about Alex here.

Stay tuned for more information.
